AmplifiedSpace Joins Forces with HEX20 for In-Orbit Demonstration in 2025

AmplifiedSpace has announced that its COTS Software-Defined Power Controller (SDPC) will be featured in an in-orbit demonstration mission aboard HEX20’s spacecraft, scheduled for the first half of 2025.

This agreement marks a significant milestone for AmplifiedSpace, showcasing the SDPC’s transformative capabilities in modern spacecraft design. Unlike traditional systems, the SDPC offers real-time reconfigurability, enabling mission-specific adjustments even during the late stages of development. This flexibility, combined with drastically reduced lead times, empowers manufacturers to overcome the constraints of rigid power systems, unlocking new possibilities for evolving mission profiles.
